Live Announce or VOG (Voice of God)

|
Live Announcer for your EventsAs the "Voice of God" (VOG) at your event, I'm the unseen announcer whose voice and energy elevate and enhance your audience's experience.
From welcoming guests and introducing speakers, to announcing award winners and calling graduates' names, no event is complete without a professional live announcer. |
Last-minute requests? No problem |
|
I work closely with event staff, show callers, sound engineers, and stage managers to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. Always ready with a pencil to update changes to the script, I'm attentive to last-minute requests and revisions, and am happy to improvise if things aren't going quite to plan.
Boston-based...will Travel!I'm located in Boston, Massachusetts...but I'm also very happy to travel! Near or far, I always bring my Sennheiser 416 microphone with me (it's a state-of-the-art shotgut mic that's very good at picking up ONLY the voice, and not extraneous background noises). This way you can rest assured that you'll get the highest quality audio for your announcements.
A Voice that Captures the VibeWith a clear, commanding yet warm voice, I deliver your script in a way that feels appropriate for your event's theme and setting. Be it a conference kick-off in a hotel ballroom, an awards ceremony in a theater, or a special event in a sports arena, I tune my vocal energy and emotional vibe to fit the space and the occasion.
When Live is not an Option - Record insteadSometimes having a live announcer at your event isn't possible. If you prefer to have your VOG cues pre-recorded, I'm happy to set up a recording session over Zoom with you and your team. During our call, I'll record myself from my home studio, while you direct my delivery, correct pronunciation (or just grab a few alternates if we're unsure), and I'll email you the audio files when we're done.
